Sumadhura Group partners with eight global sports and wellness brands to launch India’s first multi-city branded clubhouses experience in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

Sumadhura Partners with Eight Global Sports and Wellness Brands in India

Sumadhura Group is raising the bar for community living in India with a bold new idea: bringing global sports and wellness experiences directly to residential clubhouses. In a first-of-its-kind initiative, the South India-based real estate developer has partnered with eight internationally acclaimed brands across sports, fitness, and recreation to create what it calls ‘Branded Clubhouses’ at its flagship projects in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

The initiative marks India’s first multi-city branded clubhouse experience, an ambitious collaboration designed to blend global expertise with the evolving lifestyle aspirations of Indian homebuyers. These world-class facilities will be managed and operated by Ileseum Clubs, one of India’s fastest-growing lifestyle management companies.

Together, Sumadhura and Ileseum Clubs aim to create spaces that go beyond conventional clubhouses, offering residents professional-grade training, curated wellness programs, and leisure experiences once found only in elite international destinations.

A new benchmark in urban living

The concept comes alive at Sumadhura’s two marquee residential communities, like, Palais Royale in Hyderabad’s Financial District and Folium by Sumadhura in Whitefield, Bengaluru. Between them, the clubhouses span more than 1.4 lakh sq. ft., each crafted to international design and operational standards.

At Palais Royale, an 85,000 sq. ft. clubhouse complements the 52-storey tower housing 523 luxurious four- and five-bedroom residences. Meanwhile, Folium in Bengaluru features a 54,000 sq. ft. clubhouse spread across a 16.5-acre landscape of 3- and 4-BHK homes. Both projects reflect Sumadhura’s growing focus on creating communities that offer more than just housing, they offer lifestyle ecosystems.

The line-up of partners reads like a who’s who of global and Indian sports icons: Badminton Pros by Saina Nehwal, Michael Phelps Swimming, UFC FIT, Saurav Ghosal Squash, Mahesh Bhupathi Tennis Academies, Matrix Dance Academy by Tiger Shroff, Shriyog Institute of Iyengar Yoga, and Ajivasan Music & Dance Academy by Suresh Wadkar.

Each brand brings its own pedigree and promise. Residents can learn Olympic-standard swimming under the Michael Phelps program, refine their badminton game with Saina Nehwal’s academy, or experience the dynamic fitness culture of UFC FIT. The inclusion of Tiger Shroff’s Matrix Dance Academy and Suresh Wadkar’s Ajivasan Academy adds an artistic dimension to the mix, acknowledging that wellness is as much about expression as it is about endurance.

By curating these partnerships, Sumadhura aims to build communities that encourage active, balanced living. “The idea is to make professional-level sports and wellness accessible, right within your home environment,” says Madhusudhan. “You don’t have to commute across the city for quality coaching or premium fitness facilities, they are now part of your everyday life.”

Ileseum’s operational edge

The experience will be managed end-to-end by Ileseum Clubs, which has made a name for itself by running luxury lifestyle spaces across India. For Ileseum, this collaboration represents a chance to redefine the very idea of community life.
