TDI Infrastructure Ltd., one of North India’s leading real estate developers, celebrated three decades of building trust and transforming skylines with a grand anniversary event that also marked the unveiling of its latest township, TDI City, Kundli. The celebration, held on November 1, 2025, at Crowne Plaza, Rohini, was attended by the company’s founding family and senior management, including D. N. Taneja, Kamal Taneja, Ravinder Taneja, and Akshay Taneja. Adding star power to the evening were Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez and singer B Praak, who performed live for an audience that included industry leaders, partners, and long-time associates of the TDI Group.
The event was more than a celebration of longevity, it was a statement of intent. With TDI City, Kundli, the company aims to redefine the urban experience in North NCR. Spread across 1,100 acres, the integrated township combines residential, commercial, and recreational spaces in a master plan that blends contemporary design with community-focused infrastructure. With over 7,000 residential plots, parks, schools, retail zones, and world-class amenities, it is being hailed as a new urban hub for North Delhi residents seeking a connected yet serene lifestyle.
Speaking at the occasion, Akshay Taneja, CEO of TDI Infrastructure Ltd., reflected on the company’s journey and future vision. “Completing 30 years is not just a milestone, it’s a reaffirmation of our commitment to creating urban landmarks that drive regional progress. With TDI City, Kundli, we are building what we call the ‘Gurgaon of the North’, a modern, aspirational address that will contribute to balanced development across the NCR,” he said.
Over the past decade, Kundli has evolved from a quiet suburb into one of the most promising investment destinations in North India. Its transformation has been fueled by massive infrastructure growth. The Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II) now links NH-1 directly to the IGI Airport and Gurugram, cutting travel time to Central Delhi to just 40 minutes. The KMP Expressway, upcoming Delhi Metro extensions, and the RRTS corridor have further positioned Kundli as one of NCR’s most accessible locations.
Adding to its strategic advantage is the township’s proximity to the Rajiv Gandhi Education City, which houses several reputed universities and research institutions, and the Amritsar–Delhi–Kolkata Industrial Corridor (ADKIC), which promises to spur large-scale industrial and economic growth in the region.
