Sleepless Rangers BEAT attracted over 1,000 creators from across the country. From this pool, only the top 25 talents were selected to develop high-impact content for some of India’s leading developers.
At the heart of the evening’s celebrations, Towering Goals emerged as India’s Best Influencer, recognised for its exceptional campaign for Piramal Vaikhunt. Their blend of compelling storytelling, visual excellence, and strategic insight earned them the coveted title and a Rs 25 lakh prize, cementing their position as leaders in the real estate content space.
The seven distinguished runner-ups included Aruna Beniwal (Hiranandani Communities), RJ Glen (Ashar Group), Raj Vakharia (Ajmera Realty), Sumbhul Sultanpuria (Raymond Realty), Anoshka Chauhan (Raymond Realty), Pratik Thakkar (Siddha Group), Sagar Visawadia (Vaibhavlaxmi Developers). Each of them brought a distinct voice, creativity, and compelling narratives to the table, proving that the future of real estate storytelling is already in motion, driven by fearless new-age creators.
Sleepless Rangers BEAT was not just a content showcase, it was an intellectual and technological playground that united over 50 of India’s top developers, including Piramal Realty, Hiranandani Communities, Ajmera Realty, Siddha Group, Savvy Group, Raymond Realty, and Vaibhavlaxmi Developers. These developers demonstrated their tech prowess, showcasing cutting-edge innovations that are shaping the future of real estate marketing.
Four dynamic panels brought together the sharpest minds in real estate to decode the future of marketing, influence, and growth.
The first panel, "COMMAND + SHIFT + BRAND", tackled how real estate brands can retain relevance across the spectrum, from luxury to affordability. It saw power-packed insights from Vishal Bhargava of BHK Voice, who emphasized the evolution of real estate narratives, and Dhaval Ajmera of Ajmera Realty, who underlined market responsiveness as the key to long-term growth. Parth Mehta from Paradigm Realty envisioned a design-first future, while Sharan Babani of Satguru Builders and Manan Shah of MICL focused on how innovation-led development is reshaping buyer expectations.
