BSAFAL has appointed Roshan Menda as Vice President – Business Development and Operations. He joins the real estate developer after serving as Vice President of Business Development at Supreme Universal, where he worked from March 2023 to September 2026.
Menda brings extensive experience in real estate business development, land acquisition, project feasibility, strategic planning and deal closures. Before joining Supreme Universal, he served as BD Head – Pan India at Tribeca Developers between August 2022 and February 2023.
His professional journey also includes nearly nine years at Puravankara Limited, where he held roles including Senior Vice President, General Manager and Senior Manager in business development. His responsibilities included sourcing land parcels across Mumbai and Pune and identifying development opportunities.
Earlier in his career, Menda worked with P.E. Analytics in strategic research and advisory, Ahuja Constructions in business development and special projects, and Zenta as a financial analyst. His experience spans property market research, financial analysis, project feasibility, due diligence, negotiations and real estate development.
