Welspun has signed a strategic agreement with the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) to develop India’s tallest Grade A mixed-use urban distribution centre in Thane. With an estimated investment of 800 INR-Crore, Welspun One will develop a first-of-its-kind integrated facility.
It will seamlessly combine an Urban Distribution Center (UDC), retail, office spaces, F&B, and experience centres under one roof. The property will span an impressive 1 million-SqFt and rise 14 levels high. Additionally, each floor will feature a floor-to-floor height of 4.2 to 4.5 M, ensuring ample space and superior functionality.
The lower floors will house vibrant retail spaces and premium F&B outlets, while the upper levels will offer Grade A office spaces and experience centres. Adjacent to this, the UDC will boast a 1.0 ton per SqM floor loading capacity, providing robust infrastructure for logistics and industrial needs. Furthermore, the World Trade Center Thane will redefine urban distribution and commercial real estate.
