Piyal Mukherjee has been elevated to the position of Senior General Manager at Merlin Group.
Mukherjee brings over 16 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with expertise spanning project lifecycle management, land parcel identification, legal due diligence, project launches, sales and revenue generation, and post-sales resolution.
Prior to his elevation, he served as General Manager – Sales at Merlin Group, where he led sales teams across multiple residential projects. His responsibilities included developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing channel partner relationships and improving customer engagement.
His professional expertise also includes strategic sales planning, channel partner leadership and customer lifecycle management. He has worked closely with marketing, legal, customer relationship management (CRM) and technical teams to align business objectives with sales execution.
The elevation recognises Mukherjee’s experience in residential sales and his contribution to the company’s sales operations and business growth.
