Roha Realty recently entered a redevelopment agreement with the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) for two societies in Subhash Nagar, Chembur. The strategic collaboration with Sabari Group, coupled with the Subhash Nagar redevelopment, anticipates generating revenue of approximately Rs. 1,500 crores. Additionally, Roha Realty has a forthcoming Rs. 500 crore projects in the pipeline in the same vicinity.
