National Capital Region’s real estate company Royal Green Realty celebrated its second Foundation Day and announced a first-of-its-kind mixed-land use project in RG County in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The company has received the license to develop the project spread over 42 acres. With this project, the company is developing a 5.5 mn sq. ft. area in various parts of NCR.
Moving aggressively in realty space, the company is working on four upcoming projects and a few are under construction. “The first thing to sort out in real estate is the finances to ensure smooth and timely delivery. We ventured into this crucial segment after analysing the market requirements and sorting out the financial backup. Our strong financial plan is always in place before we take a call on a new project,” said Yashank Wason, Managing Director, Royal Green Realty, adding that for next year the company will focus majorly on Haryana.
The company already has three projects in Bahadurgarh with the latest announcement as Wason feels that Bahadurgarh has immense potential and is part of the most promising fourth NCR. The city is also going to benefit from Urban Extension Road (UER-2) which will start near Delhi’s Narela and pass through Bahadurgarh.
The company will develop Royal Green County in Sector 40, Bahadurgarh, West of Delhi, where around 3000 households will dwell in high-end, convenient, and open neighbourhoods. Another ongoing project is Bahadurgarh's First SCO (shop-cum-office) Market Place complete with green walks, tree-lined boulevards, and the city’s first 35,000-sq ft lifestyle club. The real estate developer carved a niche for itself, its last announced project was Royal Green Industrial Park to be developed on land measuring 17.48 acres under Haryana’s Enterprises Promotion Policy (EPP) 2020.
Talking about the two-year journey, Wason said, “We entered the market at a challenging time when expectations from the real estate sector matured, and overall dynamics went through a sea change, especially after the turmoil faced by everyone during the pandemic period. We are happy to share that our strong business ethics have helped us gain the trust of the stakeholders in such a short time. Being a young and dynamic developer, we have strategically worked on the project spread over all the real estate segments. The idea is to cater to all the sub-markets, and create sustainable cities meeting everyone’s requirement.”
Emphasizing the need to understand the market demand, especially in the current scenario, he said that the company is focussing on Haryana as the state is brimming with opportunities and looking to come up with quality projects that will lead to economic and social growth.
The company’s affordable housing ‘Royal Green Heights’ in Sector 62, Gurugram, spread over 5.78 acres is under construction. This gated community houses 800 families dividing them into 5 high-rise towers of 19 & 25 floors combined with the configuration of 2 BHK and 3 BHK, 3 BHK in 2 typologies, units.
