Sobha to Develop Second Luxury Project in GIFT City

Sobha has launched its second project in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) – SOBHA Avalon, a luxurious 31-storeyed residential project offering spans across 5,400 square meters, presenting arcadian views with world-class amenities. After the subsequent launch of Sobha Dream Heights, Gujarat’s tallest residential building – Sobha Avalon at GIFT City is the second luxury project from the house of Sobha. This is in line to further strengthen the company’s portfolio in Gujarat. Sobha Avalon has been designed to cater to an active living as it houses luxurious clubhouse, spread across 7070 sq. ft. with both indoor and outdoor gyms, terrace lounge, tracks for reflexology walk, co-working space, meditation deck including swimming pool and celebration lawn to name a few.
