Shaili Tyagi has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Somany Impresa Group, which includes Hindware Ltd, Hindware Home Innovation Ltd and AGI Greenpac.
Tyagi brings over two decades of experience in human resources, with expertise in talent management, leadership development, people strategy and organisational transformation. Her professional experience spans consumer manufacturing, building products, telecommunications, agriculture and services.
In her new role, Tyagi will lead the Group’s people and talent strategy, with a focus on leadership development, succession planning and building a high-performance work culture. She will also work towards developing future leaders, strengthening the leadership pipeline and preparing the workforce to meet evolving business needs.
Her appointment comes as the Group focuses on strengthening its talent capabilities and aligning its people strategy with long-term business objectives.
