Sumit Gera took charge as the CEO, Inidan Business Park At CapitaLAnd Investment Ltd. In his new role, Sumit will drive the growth initiatives to build the business parks portfolio in India, which is a key driver of the growth strategy of CLI in India.
Sumit has been with the CapitaLand Group since March 2016 and has held significant roles within different business units, including as Head of Portfolio Management for CapitaLand India Trust and Head of CLI’s India private funds business.

Sumit has extensive experience in portfolio management and investments.
