The new hotel will offer 135 elegantly designed rooms and cutting-edge banquet facilities for 2000 plus persons capacity, perfectly suited for both corporate events and social occasions. Moreover, the hotel has 2 large banquet halls, terraces, and a swimming pool with a deck and a floating bar.

The double-height reception area is prominently situated on the 6th floor, designed that creates an impressive first impression. The Courtyard by Marriott is set to be operational by 2027.
