Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL), one of India’s premier real estate development companies, today announced the appointment of Priyansh Kapoor as the new Whole-time Director and Chief Executive Officer with effect from 9th August 2025. This strategic move further fortifies the Board and significantly enhances the company’s executive leadership capacity.
Kamal Singal, who has led ASL with distinction, will continue to serve as Managing Director and will act as a mentor to the leadership team, guiding them through current challenges and enabling the next wave of growth and excellence.
Induction of Priyansh Kapoor is a part of ASL’s thoughtfully crafted succession planning strategy, aimed at further accelerating the growth of the Real Estate Business. Arvind SmartSpaces will continue to focus on nurturing high- potential talent, strengthening the leadership pipeline across levels and deepening its presence across its key markets. Priyansh Kapoor brings with him over 15 years of rich experience in the real estate sector. In his most recent role as CEO for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) - Zone at Godrej Properties Ltd, he successfully managed a business portfolio with annual booking value exceeding INR 8,000 crore.Kamal Singal, MD & CEO said “Starting the real estate business at Arvind limited and serving as the MD & CEO of ASL over the past more than 15 years has been among the most fulfilling chapters of my 25 years journey at Arvind.
