Hemant’s expertise spans the automotive, electronics, and chemical industries, where he has led manufacturing transformations and built high-performing teams across global operations. Prior to joining Fenesta, he served as the Manufacturing Director – Asia (India, Malaysia, Japan) at Johnson Matthey. In that role, he managed multi-site operations, introduced lean manufacturing practices, and implemented supply chain optimization initiatives that enhanced operational agility and cost efficiency across the region.
His professional journey includes leadership positions at prominent organizations such as Hitachi Metglas, Honeywell, Delphi Packard Systems, and Motherson Group. Throughout his career, Hemant has developed a strong command over lean practices, productivity enhancement, cost control, and manufacturing excellence. His proven track record in steering multi-location manufacturing setups and delivering scalable operational improvements makes him a valuable addition to Fenesta’s leadership team.
