Gopalji Mehrotra Joins ACME Group as Group CHRO

ACME Group has appointed Gopalji Mehrotra as its Group Chief Human Resources Officer, effective June–July 2025.

A seasoned HR leader, he brings more than 30 years of experience operating across 21 countries and impacting over 30,000 employees worldwide. Mehrotra has led global transformation programs, cultural integration, and HR structuring through M&A processes across sectors such as chemicals, automotive, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, IT, and energy.

In this strategic role, Mehrotra will lead ACME’s HR transformation and alignment programme, drive leadership development, and shape people-centric strategies across its renewable energy businesses. He is expected to oversee cultural integration initiatives across group entities and accelerate transformation aligned with ACME’s business objectives.
