Oberoi Realty Limited has announced the appointment of Shrikanth Kamblii as Chief Operating Officer – Construction, marking a significant addition to its leadership team.
A versatile, accomplished, and result-oriented professional, Mr. Kamblii is a B.E. (Civil) graduate from VJTI and brings over 30 years of industry experience, spanning residential, commercial buildings, malls, and hotels. Notably, 15 years of his career were spent on the contractor’s side, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on the construction ecosystem.
Before joining Oberoi Realty, Mr. Kamblii had an enriching 11-year journey with Lodha Group, where he played a pivotal role in delivering large-scale developments and strengthening operational excellence.
