Fenesta Windows, one of India’s leading manufacturers of premium windows and doors, has announced the appointment of Pooja Aggarwal as its Chief Operating Officer. With over 18 years of diverse experience spanning financial services, textiles, and elevator industries, Pooja brings with her a track record of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and talent management.
Prior to joining Fenesta, Pooja held senior leadership positions at the Schindler Group, where she served as the Managing Director and Business Head of Schindler Lifts New Zealand Ltd. Her role there included overseeing large-scale operations and driving organizational growth in an international market. She also held multiple leadership roles at the Aditya Birla Group, including Category Director, Head of Young Talent Management at Aditya Birla Management Corporation, and Head of Key Accounts at Aditya Birla Sun Life Asset Management.
At Fenesta, Pooja will be responsible for steering operational performance, accelerating sales cycles, and enhancing customer satisfaction—key areas as the company looks to deepen its market presence and scale its operations in India’s competitive building solutions sector.
Her appointment is seen as a strategic move by Fenesta to strengthen its leadership bench with professionals who bring a global perspective and a people-centric approach.
