Raheja Universal Appoints Harjit Singh Bhui as Chief Project Officer

Raheja Universal has announced the appointment of Harjit Singh Bhui as Chief Project Officer, marking a strategic addition to its leadership team. With an extensive track record in real estate and construction, Bhui brings decades of experience in project execution, operations, and delivery management.

Previously, he served as President at Omkar Realtors, where he was instrumental in driving high-scale construction initiatives. At Sunteck Realty, he held senior roles such as Construction Chief & Officer, President EPC, and Executive Vice President - EPC, managing end-to-end project delivery and engineering operations.

Bhui’s leadership journey also includes his tenure as Vice President at Lodha Group, contributing to their large-scale residential developments. His foundational experience was built during his early roles as a Site Engineer at K Raheja Constructions and Hira Construction, where he worked on a variety of commercial and residential projects.

An Executive MBA graduate from Mumbai, Harjit Singh Bhui’s appointment is expected to enhance Raheja Universal’s execution capabilities and reinforce its commitment to timely and quality project delivery.
