Delhi based NSE/BSE listed real estate developer Anant Raj Ltd, proudly announces the procurement of the RERA registration for its latest luxury housing project in foot hills of the Aravallis, "The Estate Residences” prominently located on Golf Course Extension Road.
Anant Raj commits to construct exclusive 248 luxurious high-rise (30+ floors) condominiums in the Project. These Residences will feature lavish 4 BHK apartments ranging from approximately 3700 sq. ft. to 4,800 sq. ft. The Project holds a Revenue potential of approximately INR 1,800 crore.
