Mumbra's Grand Kausa City Sees Rs 430 Cr Sales in 18 Days

Grand Kausa City in Mumbra witnessed an amazing response, selling over 1,050 apartments within 18 days since its launch on 29 January 2025. The project recorded a remarkable sales turnover of Rs 430 crore, reaffirming Mumbra's potential as a high-growth real estate destination.

The overwhelming demand has been driven by post-budget economic optimism, attractive home loan policies, and rapid infrastructure developments, making real estate a preferred investment choice.

Grand Kausa City spans 6,48,323 sq. ft. and has captivated homebuyers with its strategic location, competitive pricing, and exclusive 1 per cent payment plan. The project's pre-launch efforts saw over 1,500 applications, reflecting strong buyer confidence and the increasing appeal of well-planned developments in emerging micro-markets.

The 360-degree marketing campaign, led by The Guardians, was designed to maximise visibility and engagement. To enhance its market positioning, the project was packaged as Grand Kausa City, and a 25,000-square-foot Dubai-themed experience centre was built to offer potential buyers an immersive preview. The project gained visibility through a wide-reaching media campaign. Advertisements were placed across 15+ railway stations, 40+ billboards, and 80+ bus shelters, along with branding in 20+ restaurants and on 1,000+ auto-rickshaws. Additionally, more than 10 lakh leaflets were distributed to ensure broad exposure.

Cricket star Irfan Pathan was appointed the brand ambassador to boost credibility and enhance the project's value. The campaign also resonated with the community, hosting Mushaira (Urdu poetry recitals) that drew over 20,000 attendees. Sponsorships of local cricket tournaments and releasing a project-specific rap song further reinforced the connection with local culture.

Collaborations with 30+ influencers generated over 4.3 million views on the digital front, while the campaign recorded a 1.4 lakh Instagram reach in just 15 days and 10,000+ digital leads from India and the UAE.

Located on 24 acres, Grand Kausa City features iconic 33-storey residential towers with luxury 1 and 2-bedroom balcony homes that offer stunning hill and river views. With over 50 lifestyle amenities, the project features a beautifully landscaped podium garden, a 3-level clubhouse with premium facilities, a school, four peaceful prayer halls, a sprawling 4-acre cricket pitch, and a modern shopping centre. The location close to Mumbra Station and TMC bus depot makes this project more appealing.
