Delhi-NCR-based real estate developer Yugen Infra has lined up over Rs 2,000 crore to develop a Golf township “Golf City” and luxury villa project “La Mandre” in Goa.
Company executives said that the township “Golf City” will be developed at 500-acre land near the New Goa International Airport at Mopa in Goa while the exclusive villa community project ‘La-Mandre’ will come up near the Mandrem Beach.
Amit Mamgain, Director, Yugen Infra, said that the Golf City township will have over 50 3BHK luxury private pool villas and plots. Golf City will also have nine-hole golf course and a 150 key 5-star resort managed by Cygnett Hotels and Resorts.
“The investment for the development of Golf City project will be around Rs 2000 crore and the top line expected is approximately Rs 3000 crore. The investment in the luxury villa project ‘La Mandre’ will be around Rs 60 crore and the revenue expected from this project is likely to be around Rs 100 crore,” Mamgain told.
He said that in Golf City the villa plots will start from Rs 80 lakh onwards while the ticket price for villas in Golf City project will be Rs 3.31 crore onwards
The ‘La Mandre’ villa project will have 13 super luxury villas spread across a 8000 square meter land parcel near Mandrem beach in North Goa. The plot size of these villas ranges from 215 to 590 square meters.
The realty firm said that villas at ‘La Mandre’ project will start from Rs 5.40 crore and will go up to Rs 15 crore.
“La-Mandre has been designed to offer residents a harmonious blend of privacy and connectivity in North Goa. It is a redevelopment project and it promises contemporary architecture, abundant greenery, and unmatched proximity to Goa’s beaches,” Mamgain said.
