4 villas placed along the central access road along the East West axis, provides well-ventilated private spaces with dedicated greens.
Keeping Privacy at the epicentre, the villas designed with minimum apertures on the road side and maximum transparency to greet nature with open arms.
Dynamic Rustic and Indianised Façade
The landmark articulation is made using Red Laterite, Portraying the truest essence of Indianness with self-patterns. The wall creates an everlasting impression while being your first interaction section. Using native southern Indian Granite and sophisticated white walls, the combination creates a contrasting effect and draws your attention to the harmoniously framed Façade volumes.
