CELEBRATING THE POWER WOMEN OF INDIAN REAL ESTATE

For Divya lyer, leadership has never been about standing at the front. It has always been about standing beside her team. As Senior Vice President, Customer Relations & Collections at Arisinfra Solutions Ltd., she has spent years balancing customer expectations, business priorities and the realities her teams face every day. Those moments, when competing demands refuse to align, have shaped her leadership the most. They have taught her the value of patience, empathy and thoughtful decision-making over quick reactions. "The biggest lesson this journey has taught me is that leadership isn't about individual achievement. It's about bringing others along with you. When you trust your team, give them ownership and celebrate every win together, they grow with confidence, and so does the organisation," she says. Divya believes the conversation around women in leadership has matured, with competence and values increasingly outweighing gender stereotypes. She also feels women often bring a broader perspective to decision-making, asking how every choice willaffect customers, teams and an organisation's long-term credibility, not just its immediate results.
