DLF, Godrej Properties, and Prestige Group emerged as the most visible real estate companies in India in Q1 2022, according to Wizikey’s latest news score report.
The rankings are based on Wizikey’s metric News Score which measures news visibility for brands & individuals by analyzing the volume of news, headline presence, the reach of publications, and much more. Wizikey’s AI and ML technology gathers media intelligence from over 10 million news articles across 5000+ distinct publications.
DLF ranked No 1 in the report. DLF remained in the headlines for many different reasons including its stocks and the luxury housing project in Delhi, to name a few.
Godrej Properties took the 2nd position in the report. Apart from its stocks, Godrej drew attention to its announcement to create Rs 2,000 cr revenue from a 33-acre housing project in Bengaluru. Prestige Group, which recently announced its acquisition of a prime plot in Chennai from Sundaram Motors, grabbed the 3rd spot on the report.
Others on the list are Indiabulls housing finance (4), ANAROCK (5), Oberoi Realty (6), Brigade Group (7), Hiranandani (8), Housing.com (9), and Indiabulls Real Estate (10).
