Elan Group, India’s leading real estate developer has awarded the construction contract of Phase - 1 which comprises 728 residencies for its maiden luxury residential project, Elan The Presidential worth INR 1,000 crores + to Leighton India.
Leighton India is the Indian operations arm of Leighton Asia, which is a member of the internationally renowned CIMIC Group, headquartered in Australia. Leighton Asia has a remarkable track record of delivering a range of landmark projects across India, including DLF Camellias in Gurugram, TRIL Ramanujan IT Park in Chennai, IKEA in Hyderabad, Commercial Offices for Phoenix Group in Hyderabad and many more. Their most recently awarded residential tower projects include Birla Niyaara 72 storeys in Worli, Mumbai and The Aga Hall Estate 56 storeys in Mazgaon, Mumbai.

As the appointed contractor, Leighton India will be responsible for the delivery of the entire construction work of the project, including civil construction, coordination with other contractors, and overall site infrastructure. The project is expected to be completed in 40 months.

The excavation and diaphragm wall works at the project site have already commenced and are nearing completion. The pre-sales for the development have seen a tremendous response both domestically and internationally, with all the apartments of Phase-1 already sold out.
The Presidential is located at Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram is the first residential project in Elan Group’s portfolio after successfully developing retail, hospitality and commercial projects across Gurugram.
Spread across 30 acres, the project will have approximately 2000 super luxury residences (3, 4, 5 BHK and Duplex Penthouses) ranging from INR 5 - 15 crores. The project is planned to be developed in phases out of which in Phase 1 Elan Group has launched 728 residences. The master planning has been done by Foster + Partners, conceptualized by UHA London, landscaping by SWA, Lighting by CD+M Lighting Design Group and the water features by WET Design.
The project is designed to offer multi-generational living, featuring state-of-the-art infrastructure, leisure, and lifestyle facilities, as well as multiple outdoor spaces, delivering an unparalleled luxury living experience. The project's design vision aims to create a world-class futuristic landmark development, combining an iconic look and feel while capturing the essence of the Elan brand with a buildable and cost-sensitive solution. The project is certified as an Indian Green Building Council Pre-Certified Gold-rated building, reflecting the commitment to sustainability and environmentally responsible construction practices.
