Adhering to the idea of the same, the team of Design Essence under the guidance of the visionaries Jasleen and Gurpreet Chalotra designed an abode that shared a connection with private retreats for personal moments and ensured a balance of community and privacy.
Designed for three families across three thoughtfully curated floors, it celebrates the essence of multi-generational living- where individuality thrives within a collective embrace. Each floor tells a unique story while resonating with a cohesive design narrative, blending timeless aesthetics with modern functionality.
The design begins with an entrance that revels in the allure of luxury and exquisiteness. Every element in the design reflects a commitment to nurturing relationships across generations. Stepping into the living area on the ground floor, the space evokes a sense of opulence with refined minimalism. Bespoke sofas with curved edges bring fluidity to the space. Bathed in neutral hues and warm lighting, the living area curates an atmosphere, perfect for intimate conversations. Further, floor-to-ceiling windows bring the natural lighting in, creating an airy vibe.
Transitioning towards the dining area, the space followed the same neutral theme with luxe accents. It features a marble tabletop complemented with sleek and bespoke chairs. Additionally, with linear wall punning designs and brass accents, the space imbues a sense of glamour and style. A captivating statement fixture atop casts a bright glow over the dining area, adding to the opulent charm of the area.
Further, the lobby area around the staircase captures the attention with textured wall designs, defining the double height of the space. This is complemented by a huge green wall, manipulating the microclimate of the space while adding an aesthetic element to the design.
As one reaches the first floor, a small family area welcomes, offering respite along with togetherness. With a captivating back panel design and warm yellow lights, the TV console has a unique charm. Plush grey sofas add to the refined setting, offering comfort with style.
The second floor follows a similar arrangement with different materials and designs. Here, pristine white sofas capture attention, supplementing the textured white walls. The dining areas and the living room here follow a cohesive aesthetic, meeting the overall theme of the residence. Tufted dining chairs evoke a luxe design statement. Adjacent, the counter area with rose-gold profile shutters curates a refined statement. Bespoke decor elements and embellished wall decors create a unique design statement on the floor.
The third floor exudes grandeur, showcasing marble-clad walls complemented by sleek, sophisticated lighting. The living area here features rounded sofas with polished brass legs, radiating elegance and comfort. A striking wallpaper panel adds an artistic contrast, enriching the overall design.
Throughout the residence, lobbies are adorned with various consoles, blending functionality and aesthetic appeal. One console is crowned with a decor piece inspired by a falcon, accented with red embellishments and a white backlit design, creating a bold focal point. Another console, with its sleek rod-like base, is topped with a serene Buddha statue, infusing the space with refinement and tranquillity.
In sum, this home is a sanctuary for modern living, where each family finds their unique retreat, and the building as a whole becomes a shared haven of style and warmth. It exemplifies how thoughtful design can create a perfect balance of individuality and unity under one roof.
