Shalimar Paints: Stop Ignoring Wall Warnings

Shalimar Paints has launched the "Walls Don't Lie" digital campaign for its new Zero Damp Series, a waterproofing product range designed for Indian climate conditions. The campaign comprises six episodes that use storytelling to highlight wall dampness-cracks, stains, and peeling paint-as warning signs of moisture penetration that weakens structural integrity. It aims to shift consumer perception of waterproofing from temporary repair to long-term preventive protection. The Zero Damp Series features PU hybrid technology, crack-bridging capability, fiber-reinforced elastomeric coating technology, and advanced waterproofing protection. It is designed to resist seepage, recurring dampness, and surface wear. "Today's consumers evaluate products through their durability and long-term performance," said Kuldip Raina, MD & CEO, Shalimar Paints. "Dampnessand seepage are not isolated concerns but recurring challenges that damage walls. We wanted to simplify the science behind waterproofing in a way that's accessible and relevant." Shalimar Paints is a 120-year-old legacy brand in the Indian paint industry. The campaign reflects broader industry trends: rising consumer awareness about product durability, increasing unpredictability in climate conditions, and growing emphasis on long-term protection and maintenance costs over aesthetics alone.

Century Immencity: The World Comes Here

Century Real Estate has launched the "It's All Happening Here" campaign for Century Immencity, a 50-acre mixed-use destination on Airport Road in Jakkur, North Bengaluru. SHALIMAR PAINTS The campaign positions Immencity as an integrated urban ecosystem combining work, leisure, retail, F&B, hospitality, events, and culture. It rolled out across IPL, digital, and outdoor advertising channels. The campaign began with a citywide teaser in February featuring cryptic billboards hinting at leisure, dining, and retail experiences. The main campaign film uses global storytelling, opening with cultural references from Hong Kong, Vienna, Paris, the United States, Scandinavia, and Japan. As these global icons disappear from their original locations, they reappear within Century Immencity, establishing it as a globally benchmarked destination. The development features eight distinct zones: Urban Esplanade, Green Promenade, Business District, Gourmet District, Galleria, Opera Hall, Culture Atelier, and five-star hospitality spaces. Each section targets different lifestyle needs-work, dining, shopping, entertainment, and cultural experiences. "Century Immencity was envisioned as more than a development; it was conceived as a globally benchmarked urban ecosystem where culture, business, hospitality, leisure and community seamlessly converge," said Vikas Nair, Head of Marketing & Communications at Century Real Estate. "With 'It's All Happening Here,' we wanted to capture the energy of a destination where something meaningful is always unfolding. Leveraging AIled storytelling enabled us to think and create at a much grander scale, bringing together global cultural inspirations and cinematic narratives seamlessly."

Jenika Ventures Delivers Homes to Your Door

Jenika Ventures has launched "Real Estate Ki Home Delivery," a campaign designed to simplify property buying by bringing curated property solutions directly to customers' homes via radio. The concept eliminates the need for multiple project visits, long commutes, and repeated travel in harsh weather. Instead, buyers can explore properties, receive expert consultation, and make informed decisions from home with their families. Jenika Ventures operates across seven cities: New Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Pune, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. The company positions itself as a customer-first real estate advisory brand focused on convenience, transparency, and customized solutions. The campaign offers personalized property recommendations through a single platform accessible via one call. Customers receive professional guidance and advanced consultation methods without visiting multiple projects or spending weeks comparing options. "Homebuyers today want better home-buying experiences that provide straightforward information," said Abhishek Raj, Founder & CEO of Jenika Ventures. "The campaign exists to guarantee that customers only need to use our single platform, which we created to provide all their needs. Their personalized property solutions become accessible through a single call." Beyond convenience, the campaign includes attractive monetary benefits and exclusive advantages for homebuyers, making the propertybuying journey more rewarding. The radio-led campaign targets homebuyers seeking streamlined property discovery without the traditional hassles of site visits and repeated travel. By bringing expert consultation and property options home, Jenika Ventures addresses a key pain point in India's real estate market.
