The exuberant Co-working| Proptech Realty+ Conclave and Excellence Awards held on 22^nd Jan 2020 at the luxurious Taj Santacruz- Mumbai was truly a day to remember. The event began with the Co-Working Conclave and Excellence awards which was hosted for the very first time. The summit opened with a very engaging session by Dr. Annurag Batra, Chairman & Editor-In-Chief, BW BusinessWorld & exchange4media Group followed by special addresses by Nayan Shah, CEO, Mayfair Housing Pvt. Ltd. & President, CREDAI MCHI and Amit Wadhwani, Managing Director, Sai Estate Consultants Chembur Pvt. Ltd. Co. The plenary session for the Co-working segment was titled Talking Nitty Gritty: Building a Booming Business will be moderated by Piyush Gandhi, Executive Director, Head – Flex Spaces and Head of Sales, Corporate Solutions, JLL India. The speakers for the session were Amit Ramani, Founder & CEO, Awfis; Azaan Feroz Sait, Founder & Chief Happiness Officer, The Hub Bengaluru; Harsh Lambah, Country Manager India, VP Sales – South Asia, IWG plc; Khair Ull Nissa, Executive Director – World Trade Centre and WTCA Board Member; Rajat Gupta, Chief Growth Officer, CoWrks & Rajeev Suri, Managing Partner, Orios Venture Partners. The speakers elaborated on the booming co-working business and how it has diversified the real estate industry. Going ahead in the day Realty+ went on to host the 2^nd edition of its PropTech Conclave and Excellence Awards which began with a panel discussion that revolved around the Collaborative Strategy: To Identify New Areas for Growth and the discussion was moderated by Anuj Puri, Chairman & Founder, ANAROCK. He shared the dais with Anushree Srivastava, Chief Information Officer & Co-Founder, Zvesta; Mona Jalota, Founder & Managing Director, Krypton Global Investments; Paras Arora, Founder & CEO, Qdesq ; Ravi Ahuja, Head Commercial Business, L&T Realty; Sanjay Chatrath, Managing Director – North India, Colliers International and Yash Gupta, Managing Partner, YGR. The topic for the second discussion was Hype or Reality? Prop-Tech Improving the Sales Experience and was moderated by Amit Wadhwani, Managing Director, Sai Estate Consultants Chembur Pvt. Ltd. The panellists for this panel were Arjun Kandhari, Managing Partner, Khushi World Developers – B. Kandhari Group Venture; Govind Rai, Co-Founder, Insomniacs; & Vineet Bhardwaj, Head- IT, Godrej Properties Limited; Bhavin Thakker, Managing Director, Mumbai & Head, Cross Border Tenant Advisory, Savills India; Sandeep  Sadh, Director& Founder, Mumbai Property Exchange Pvt; Agnelorajesh, Chairman St. Agnelo VNCT ventures India & Dheeraj Dogra, Chief business officer, Trustmore Technologies. The summit also featured insightful and informative presentations by Ashwin Chawwla, Founder & CEO, Escrowffrr on the topic- ‘Taking The Fear Out Of Real Estate Transactions.’ In addition there were also special addresses by Bala Girisaballa, President, Techstars & Former MD, Microsoft Accelerator India on the eco-system of start-ups and their synergies with the industry players. Kalhan Mattoo, Principal, OOK – Office Of Kalhan spoke about the relevance of technology in the field of design & construction and the way forward. The Proptech and Co-working summit came to a conclusion with Realty+ honouring the winning companies for their achievements of excellence in their respective fields.
