ACE Group’s multi-project footprint along the Yamuna Expressway highlights the corridor’s transformation into a premium residential and commercial hub.

ACE Group Strengthens Yamuna Expressway Presence with Expanding Township Portfolio

The Yamuna Expressway is rapidly evolving into one of the most dynamic real estate corridors in the region, driven by large-scale infrastructure projects such as the upcoming Noida International Airport, Film City, and Olympic City. Within this changing landscape, ACE Group has emerged as a key player, expanding its portfolio of residential, commercial, and township developments to meet growing demand.

With over 15 years of experience, ACE Group has delivered 27 projects covering ~18 million sq. ft. and has ~32+ million sq. ft. under construction, including joint ventures. Its developments include a 100-acre integrated township featuring Ace Acreville (plotted development), Ace Verde (residential apartments), and The Nest (studio apartments). A major upcoming addition is a large-scale commercial project offering professionally managed business suites in partnership with Sarovar Hotels, designed to cater to business travellers and corporate occupiers.

The Group has also developed a 68-acre township comprising Ace Estate (plotted development) and ACE Edit, a mixed-use project combining studio apartments with high-street retail. Together, these projects reflect ACE Group’s long-term, disciplined approach to planning and delivery.
