Agami Realty, one of Mumbai’s most respected developers with a legacy of over 40 years, has announced its partnership with Bat, Ball aur Baatein, a cricket talk show like none other, created by Kiara Powar—India’s youngest female sports presenter.
The first episode of the show, which coincided with India’s opening match in the ongoing 2025 Asia Cup against the UAE, premiered on Kiara’s YouTube channel on September 9, 2025, receiving an outpouring of love and support from fans. The second episode, released on September 13, spotlighted the much-anticipated India-Pakistan clash.
The collaboration between Kiara and Agami Realty stems from a shared belief in doing things differently. Bat, Ball aur Baatein has redefined pre-match cricket conversations by moving beyond numbers and jargon, focusing instead on stories, insights, and the voices of superfans.
For Agami Realty, innovation has long been central to its ethos—from sustainable practices and tech adoption to designing future-ready communities. Both Kiara and Agami stand for fresh perspectives and forward-looking ideas, making this association more than a sponsorship—it’s an alignment of values.
“At Agami Realty, we believe homes are not just about walls and spaces but about communities built on connection and shared passion. Cricket in India is exactly that. It is a thread that binds people across geographies and generations. Our partnership with Bat, Ball aur Baatein reflects our belief in nurturing platforms that innovate and bring people closer,” said Prashant Khandelwal, CEO of Agami Realty and Joint Secretary of CREDAI MCHI.
“Cricket is more than a sport for Mumbaikars—it is a passion and an emotion. And the truest way to celebrate it is through its fans. For us, that was what immediately attracted our attention to Bat, Ball aur Baatein. We appreciated and resonated with the intersection of innovation and time-honoured tradition, a combination that also defines us as a brand. As sports-lovers ourselves, this collaboration was a natural step for us, and we are excited to see how this partnership unfolds,” shared Sarat Sinha, CMO, Agami Realty.
“Bat, Ball aur Baatein was conceived with the idea of changing the way cricket commentary is delivered and consumed. Through a fan-first narrative, we’re making commentary more relatable, inclusive and accessible. As a brand, Agami Realty too has always had its ear to the ground to understand exactly what their audience needs and to proactively design solutions—their forward-looking approach is exactly what this show is all about,” added Kiara Powar.
The first season of Bat, Ball aur Baatein is focused on the 2025 Asia Cup, with episodes featuring conversations with insiders, experts, and superfans. Guests include pitch curator Nadeem Memon, strength and conditioning coach Rohit Wagh, psychologist Namrata Jain, entrepreneur Muder Basrai, Ranji Trophy cricketer and celebrity fitness trainer Swapneel Hazare, and sports journalist Harit Joshi—blending expert voices with fan passion to create a truly engaging experience.
Through this partnership, Agami Realty reinforces its philosophy of looking ahead, embracing innovation, and supporting platforms that go beyond convention. Just as the company builds spaces that inspire communities, this collaboration helps create conversations that inspire cricket lovers.
