With over 25 years of experience in customer-centric leadership across top-tier real estate firms, Sawhney brings a proven track record of operational transformation and strategic relationship management.
In his previous role at Sobha Realty, Sawhney led a CRM team managing over 20,000 units, streamlining service delivery and embedding performance-driven culture across the organization. His leadership was marked by creative problem-solving, relationship development, and a strong focus on customer delight.
Prior to Sobha, he served as Assistant Vice President – CRM at M3M India, where he headed possession and post-possession delight teams. At Godrej Properties, he held the role of Head Customer Centricity – North, driving service excellence across Gurugram’s premium residential portfolio.
