Mindspace Business Parks has announced the appointment of Sreekanth Reddy as Senior Vice President and Head – Leasing (South), marking a strategic move to deepen its commercial footprint across southern India.
With over 21 years of experience in real estate advisory and transaction management, Reddy has led large-scale leasing mandates for global corporates and developers. His expertise spans office space strategy, tenant engagement, and portfolio optimization across high-growth markets.
At Mindspace, Reddy will spearhead leasing operations for the company’s Grade-A commercial assets in the South, including marquee developments in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai. His role will focus on driving occupancy, enhancing tenant mix, and strengthening long-term partnerships with global and domestic occupiers.
Prior to joining Mindspace, Reddy held leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as Managing Director for Hyderabad, overseeing strategic leasing and advisory services for multinational clients.
His appointment comes at a time when Mindspace is actively expanding its southern portfolio, with redevelopment and new leasing initiatives underway in Madhapur, Raidurg, and other key hubs. Reddy’s leadership is expected to accelerate leasing momentum and reinforce Mindspace’s position as a preferred destination for commercial tenants.
