ANAROCK Launches AI Sales Platform to Transform India’s Housing Market

ANAROCK, India’s leading real estate services company, has officially launched ANAROCK.AI, a comprehensive AI powered residential sales platform designed to revolutionize property transactions and customer engagement. Built over two years, the platform integrates generative AI and predictive machine learning to accelerate sales velocity in an increasingly competitive housing market.

Nine Tools, Three Suites
ANAROCK.AI comprises nine tools organized into three suites:

  • Genie Suite (Generative AI): Walk in Genie, CP Genie, ORM Genie, and Referral Genie engage customers and channel partners through chatbots and voice bots.
  • Astra Suite (Predictive AI): Astra Platinum, Astra Phoenix, Astra Hire, and Astra Sales Boost identify high potential leads, revive failed opportunities, and optimize sales team performance using proprietary data from 7 million customer enquiries and 90,000 unit sales.
  • CP 360: Enhances channel partner effectiveness by ranking top performers and deploying AI engagement tools to maximize conversions.

Proven Impact
According to Sunil Mishra, Chief AI & Strategy Officer, ANAROCK Group, four core tools have been operational since 2024 across 80+ projects, contributing to 700 home sales worth INR 750 crore. AI?assisted bookings now account for 15–45% of sales in leading ANAROCK?mandated projects, with Astra Platinum’s top 10% of leads generating up to 60% of bookings.

Market Imperative
The launch comes at a critical time. ANAROCK data shows housing sales across India’s top seven cities fell 9% year on year in Q3 2025, dropping to 97,080 units. Yet paradoxically, total sales value surged 14% to INR 1.52 lakh crore, driven by premium housing demand and 9% price appreciation. Anuj Puri, Chairman – ANAROCK Group, noted: “This paradox reveals a fundamental shift. Buyers are willing to pay for branded quality, but developers need sharper tools to identify and engage high intent customers in today’s digital first environment.”

The Millennial Factor
Millennials and Gen Z are reshaping the housing market, expected to make up 60% of homebuyers by 2030. Over 80% begin their property search online, demanding seamless digital experiences such as virtual tours, instant engagement, and personalized recommendations. With 73% of seekers interacting with platforms multiple times weekly, ANAROCK.AI aims to meet this demand by combining predictive analytics with generative engagement tools.

By bridging the gap between developers and digitally native buyers, ANAROCK.AI positions itself as a critical accelerator for India’s housing sector.
