Mumbai-based ANJ Group has crossed the Rs2,000 crore order book threshold, reinforcing its leadership in India’s Design & Build and General Contracting sector. With over 3 million sq ft of workspace delivered across 10+ cities, the company continues to scale its presence with high-performing, sustainable, and human-centric environments.
The firm’s client roster includes marquee names like Deutsche Bank, Airbus, TCS, Coca-Cola, IBM, and Air India—underscoring its reputation for quality, innovation, and timely execution. “This milestone reflects our commitment to creating future-ready spaces that empower organizations to thrive,” said Jay Kularia, Executive Director, ANJ Group.
In Q1 FY25 alone, ANJ secured over Rs500 crore in new projects, including 92,000 sq ft for Amazon in Hyderabad, 90,000 sq ft for Coca-Cola in Ahmedabad, and 258,000 sq ft for ZEISS in Bengaluru. Notably, more than half of this business came from repeat clients, highlighting the firm’s consistency and client trust.
Beyond execution, ANJ is also leading on sustainability. Its IGBC LEED Platinum-rated factory in Wada runs entirely on solar energy, and the company has pledged to achieve net zero across all operations by 2030. This includes energy optimization, water conservation, and the use of sustainable materials across projects.
With over four decades of expertise, ANJ Group continues to set benchmarks in corporate interiors, hospitality, and industrial design—blending architectural vision with operational excellence.
