Bharat Hospitality, a Make‑in‑India hospitality company known for its culturally rooted and story‑driven formats, has announced the launch of Albert Pinto at Ithum Galleria Mall, Sector Alpha II. The 3,300 sq. ft. restaurant marks Greater Noida’s first Goan‑Portuguese cinematic dining concept, blending heritage storytelling with immersive hospitality.
Designed as a narrative‑led journey, Albert Pinto offers layered interiors, cinematic themes, and menus inspired by Goan and Portuguese traditions. The outlet reflects Bharat Hospitality’s mission to preserve and elevate India’s regional flavors while presenting them in contemporary formats.
“As traditional recipes risk disappearing, Albert Pinto reflects our larger purpose — protecting India’s culinary heritage while presenting it in a way that resonates with today’s audiences,” said Manish Khattar, Founder, Bharat Hospitality. “This launch is about more than expansion; it’s about storytelling, craftsmanship, and keeping regional flavors relevant for the next generation.”
Founded in 2023, Bharat Hospitality is redefining dining by blending food, design, and emotion into immersive narratives. With concepts such as Baraamda, Shuddham, Albert Pinto, and Social Cues, the group is executing a ₹50 crore+ expansion plan to scale to 50+ outlets across Delhi‑NCR, Goa, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and international markets including Dubai and Thailand. Albert Pinto will expand through a mix of FOCO and COCO models, with 10 outlets planned in the next growth phase.
The launch of Albert Pinto in Greater Noida underscores Bharat Hospitality’s commitment to building culturally honest, globally competitive dining experiences that preserve heritage while engaging modern audiences.
