Prior to this appointment, he served as President & Chief Business Officer at Mista Infra, where he led CRM, analytics, and housing finance initiatives. He has also held senior leadership positions at M3M India, Runwal Realty, Omkar Realtors & Developers Pvt Ltd., and Lodha Group, contributing to customer strategy and operational excellence across diverse portfolios.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Kona built strong banking leadership experience with YES BANK, Axis Bank, IDBI Bank, and Global Trust Bank, where he specialised in customer strategy, financial services, and relationship management. His academic stint at GITAM University further adds depth to his profile, combining research‑driven insights with practical leadership in customer engagement.
