Godrej Properties Limited has announced the appointment of Abhimanyu Rathore as Head – HR, Mumbai Zone, marking a significant addition to its leadership team. In this role, Rathore will spearhead the people strategy for the Mumbai zone, focusing on talent management, leadership capability building, cultural transformation, and embedding high‑performance practices aligned with business growth.
Rathore brings over a decade of diverse HR experience across multiple industries. Prior to this appointment, he spent more than five years at Tata Consumer Products, where he held several leadership roles including Director – HR for the Ready to Drink Business, Associate Director – Sales HR, and HR Business Partner for Global Digital, Finance, Marketing & Soulfull. His tenure at Tata Consumer Products was marked by initiatives in HR transformation, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Earlier in his career, Rathore was associated with VOIS, Airtel, Siemens, Wipro, and Tata Consultancy Services, building a strong foundation in talent strategy and HR transformation across technology, telecom, and consumer sectors. His breadth of experience positions him well to lead Godrej Properties’ HR agenda in one of its most critical markets.
