Gaurs Group has announced a Rs1,400 crore investment to develop a premium high-rise residential project on a newly acquired 12-acre land parcel in Sector 22-D, Yamuna Expressway. The launch marks a strategic expansion for the developer, already known for pioneering large-scale development in the region through its flagship township, Gaur Yamuna City.
Conceived in 2014, Gaur Yamuna City spans 250 acres and is now home to over 10,000 residents. It features Gaurs International School, a sports park, shopping complexes, a 9-acre lake park, and the world’s tallest 108-ft statue of Lord Shri Krishna—positioning the township as a cultural and infrastructural anchor for the region.
“With the Noida International Airport nearing completion, Yamuna Expressway is poised to become the city of the future,” said Manoj Gaur, CMD, Gaurs Group. “We’ve believed in this corridor long before it became a hotspot, and our new project reflects that continued commitment.”
The upcoming development will offer ultra-luxury residences with integrated amenities, designed to meet the aspirations of modern homebuyers. The group has taken possession of the land and initiated approvals, with RERA registration to follow before sales begin.
“Sector 22-D is emerging as a premium housing destination,” said Sarthak Gaur, Director, Gaurs Group. “Our new project will blend lifestyle, wellness, and connectivity, and is expected to generate a topline of ?2,000 crore. We’re also exploring further land acquisitions along the Expressway.”
The Yamuna Expressway region is witnessing rapid transformation, with industrial, institutional, and commercial developments gaining momentum. With airport operations expected soon, the corridor is set to evolve into a vibrant hub for business, living, and leisure.
