Hero Realty group, through its entity Vikas Parks Pvt. Ltd., has acquired a prime land parcel spanning 8.71 acres in Sector 99, Mohali, via a competitive auction conducted by GMADA. The site, supported by retail infrastructure and expressway connectivity, is earmarked for a marquee residential project under the Hero Homes umbrella, designed for the luxury segment with modern, future-ready specifications.
Commenting on the acquisition, Rohit Kishore, CEO of Hero Realty, said “Mohali has always been a strategically important market for us. This new land parcel will allow us to create yet another modern and vibrant community built on values of trust, innovation, and execution excellence, meeting evolving customer aspirations. In parallel, we continue to explore new collaborations that can help us further strengthen our presence across northern Indian cities.”
Hero Realty has already established a strong presence in Mohali through its Hero Homes project in Sector 88, spread across 18.5 acres. Phase 1 delivered 544 units across seven towers, while Phase 2, with 650 units, is currently being handed over. Phase 3, launched last week, marks the final phase of this flagship development.
The new Sector 99 project is expected to build on this momentum, further strengthening Hero Realty’s brand in the Tricity market.
Beyond Mohali, the company continues to expand across North India. In Ludhiana, new phases are being added to its existing portfolio. In the NCR, Hero Realty recently launched The Palatial on the Dwarka Expressway, following successful projects in Gurugram and Sonipat.
Currently, HRPL is developing over 5.2 million sq ft of residential projects across the NCR and Punjab. The company has also delivered over 230 acres of industrial parks in Haridwar and developed 6 million sq ft of assets nationwide.
