Real estate developer ONE Group has announced a strategic land addition to its flagship project, ONE City Hamlet, in Mohali. The supplementary agreement grants 4.38 acres of prime land across Sectors 86, 98, 99, and 105, expanding the township’s footprint beyond 150 acres.
This move strengthens the master development plan and consolidates the Group’s holdings in one of North India’s most promising real estate corridors. The newly added parcel offers 10 lakh sq ft of built-up potential, with an estimated revenue upside of Rs 600 crore.
With three new projects already in the pipeline for 2026, the expanded footprint allows ONE Group to accelerate its vision of building scalable, luxury-driven urban ecosystems.
