Pantomath Capital, the investment banking arm of Pantomath Group, announced the appointment of Ms. Namrata Shanbhogue as Executive Director – Investment Banking. With nearly 20 years of experience across investment banking and retail payments, she brings deep domain expertise and proven execution capabilities to the firm.
Prior to joining Pantomath, Ms. Shanbhogue served as Senior Vice President – Financial Sponsor Group at Axis Capital Limited, where she focused on private fund raising and worked closely with private equity and venture capital investors. She successfully executed transactions in sectors including medical devices and fintech. She also held leadership roles at Axis Bank and spent over a decade at Enam Securities Limited, where she advanced from Analyst to Vice President, working extensively on IPOs, private equity, rights issues, M&A, and structured finance across diverse sectors.

She holds a PGDMBA in Finance and General Management from Mumbai Educational Trust, Bandra, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from R. A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics.
This appointment follows Pantomath Capital’s recent senior leadership expansion, including the induction of Mr. Mitul Shah as MD, Coverage and Investment Banking, underscoring the firm’s commitment to scaling its franchise and deepening sectoral expertise.
