Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., a pioneer in sustainable urban development, has announced the appointment of Parijat Dey as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With nearly 20 years of experience across global technology and innovation roles, Dey will lead the company’s digital transformation agenda, aligning advanced tech capabilities with its Net Zero and green development goals.
Prior to joining Mahindra Lifespace, Dey served as Capabilities Leader – AI, Technology & Innovation at PwC Acceleration Center India, where she drove enterprise-wide adoption of AI/ML, intelligent automation, and spatial computing. Her leadership spanned seven countries, introducing initiatives like “Tech for Good” and “Tech to Re-imagine,” which integrated digital strategy with ESG outcomes.
Earlier, she held senior roles at Viacom18, leading digital transformation and business intelligence, and at Infosys in the U.S., where she managed global delivery for clients including Nordstrom, Starbucks, and DHL. Her cross-sector experience blends product innovation, enterprise automation, and ethical tech governance.
An alumna of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Dey holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur and a certificate in Ethics of AI from the London School of Economics (LSE), underscoring her commitment to responsible innovation.
Her appointment comes as Mahindra Lifespace accelerates its commitment to Net Zero homes by 2030 and expands its 100% green project portfolio. Dey’s mandate includes scaling digital infrastructure, enhancing customer experience through tech, and embedding sustainability into every layer of the organization’s innovation strategy.
