Schneider Electric has announced the appointment of Preeti Bajaj as Executive Vice President – Home Solutions, marking a significant leadership move aimed at accelerating innovation and growth across the company’s global home energy portfolio. In her new role, Bajaj will lead the Home Solutions Division, focusing on home energy management solutions, switches and sockets, and electric vehicle charging, while driving intelligent, efficient, and protected smart-home ecosystems.
In addition to her EVP responsibilities, Bajaj has also joined the board of StarCharge, a Schneider Electric–managed joint venture, further strengthening her role in shaping the company’s global energy and mobility strategy.
A seasoned global executive, Bajaj previously served as CEO and Managing Director of Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd., where she steered the company’s growth in renewable energy and consumer power solutions. Earlier, she was CEO of Clipsal Cortex, and also held leadership roles at Schneider Electric as Vice President, Strategy and Commercial Operations Transformation.
Based in Gurgaon, India, Bajaj brings deep expertise in renewable energy, strategic transformation, and global business leadership. Her appointment reflects Schneider Electric’s confidence in her ability to expand its home energy solutions portfolio, strengthen innovation, and deliver customer-centric smart-home ecosystems that align with the company’s vision of sustainability and efficiency.
