Suraksha Group, which assumed control of Jaypee Infratech Limited (JIL) in 2024, announced the completion of construction work for 5,989 residential units across 63 towers in JIL’s Wish Town development.
The company has already secured Occupancy Certificates (OCs) for 31 towers, covering 3,135 units. In addition, Suraksha has applied for OCs for 32 more towers across projects including Kosmos, Klassic, Kensington Boulevard Apartments, Kensington Park Apartments, Kensington Park Heights, and Pebble Court, comprising 2,854 units. These approvals are expected in the coming months.
Jash Panchamia, Executive Director, Jaypee Infratech Limited, commented: “Despite restrictions on construction activities due to GRAP rules during winter months, we remain fully committed to fulfilling customer expectations. Our dedication is evidenced by the completion of 63 towers, with OCs already received for 31 and applications submitted for 32 more. Construction of the remaining towers is progressing in full swing, and we are confident of delivering them as per the resolution plan.”
