Yugen Infra announced the MahaRERA registration of its latest plotted development, Garden of Eden, marking Phase 2 of the ambitious Yugen Golf City township. The project represents a total investment of approximately ₹350 crores, fully funded by the company without external institutional or corporate support — underscoring its long‑term financial commitment and independent growth strategy.
Located at Village Banda, Taluka Sawantwadi in Sindhudurg district, the development spans nearly 180,000 square meters and offers 278 premium residential plots designed to accommodate independent villas and holiday homes. Strategically positioned near the MOPA influence corridor, the project is targeted at second‑home buyers, senior living communities, and long‑term land banking investors.
The township’s infrastructure framework includes internal roads, boundary walls, water supply, electricity, stormwater management, underground drainage, green buffers, and open spaces — all aligned with approved layout norms to ensure balanced and organised living. In compliance with RERA safeguards, 70% of customer receipts will be deposited in a dedicated escrow account, earmarked exclusively for land and construction expenditures.
Mr. Sheeshram Yadav, Managing Director of Yugen Infra, commented: “The MahaRERA registration of Garden of Eden exemplifies our adherence to regulatory requirements and the ideals of proper development. This registration enables home buyers to possess complete assurance with regards to the legally valid plotted development scheme, which is a part of our larger township concept.”
With its golf‑integrated township model, infrastructure‑first approach, and low‑density planning, Garden of Eden marks a significant milestone in Yugen Infra’s masterplan for the North Goa–Sindhudurg growth corridor.
