A seasoned commercial real estate professional, I have been actively involved in planning & development strategy, and in ensuring market insights drive location decisions, master planning / design considerations, specifications, amenities definition and all other aspects key to successful workplace creation. My core skills lie in marketing and customer relationship management across the spectrum of tenant acquisition and relationship management. I have driven excellence in go-to-market, marketing & sales operations for the last two decades at the group. My approach is to ensure that the marketing function is an integral and strategic part of the entire development cycle, rather than being a last mile leasing management function. Starting from location, land & development strategy, our insights are designed to help to ensure that the most appropriate and market-ready approaches are adopted. I have built the marketing & sales function such that we act as much as the client’s voice in the Bagmane system as it is vice-versa. NOVEL STRATEGIES & PRODUCTS We recently ran a structured program to ensure that we get our positioning realigned to market expectations and our strengths. This resulted in a differentiated campaign on communicating our value proposition to client partners. All our marketing collateral are designed to talk directly to the customer about their needs (and our responses to them) rather than generic, credentials-based communications. We also tend to focus on knowledge-based communications, becoming an integral part of the customer’s own decision making process by supporting with our research-driven insights and trends estimation. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT BEING PART OF THE OVERALL MARKETING & SALES FUNCTION WE ENSURE THAT WE CONTINUE TO SUPPORT CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS THROUGH THE LIFE OF THEIR PRESENCE AT A BAGMANE BUSINESS PARK. MOST SUCCESSFUL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS We focus on initiatives that are aligned to customer relationship building in the form of knowledge communication, close-circuit events, meet-and-greets and employee engagement at the business park level. Recent marketing campaigns on this front have resulted in high footfalls and revenue (pre COVID-19 lockdown / reduced presence) in all amenities – including food courts and collaboration spaces, events. SOCIAL IMPACT Complete compliance to COVID-19 protocols, for which specific marketing campaigns were run to generate user awareness. Significant increase in number of park users using public transportation to dovetail into our proposition of last mile connectivity from transport hubs.
