I have been with Shriram Properties since 2017. Currently I lead the sales, marketing and CRM team at Shriram Properties. Recently. I was an integral part of the Change Management exercise at Shriram properties. We doubled the sales in just 12 months of taking charge & took it to 3rd position in terms of market share. NOVEL STRATEGIES & PRODUCTS We make a lot of effort to communicate our core value proposition and RTB (reasons to buy) to the customer so that they can make an informed decision. In fact, we have started a unique initiative internally that took our sales experience, customer communication & listening skills to the next level. We have a '5 second visibility rule' for outdoor & we design every Facebook ad & validate it mobile first. We were the first one to introduce “Codename marketing” in Bangalore wherein, we did not reveal the name of the project to the market but highlighted the key value proposition for the home buyer by calling it a “Deal of a Lifetime”. Interested people were asked to fill an “Expression of interest and were called over on a stated date to select the unit and complete the booking formalities. This way, we could channelize the demand into a finite window and also showcase the interest generated in the market to the prospective buyers. During the pandemic, we used technology to launch e-campaigns with attractive payment holidays for our entire portfolio called the ‘Love for Home’ & ‘Love for Earth’. I HAVE INCREASED THE REVENUE GROWTH BY INR 1200 CR. AND IMPROVED THE CONVERSION RATIOS FROM 11% TO 18%. I ALSO LED CHENNAI’S BIGGEST LAUNCH – SHRIRAM THE GATEWAY WITH A REVENUE OF OVER 300 CR. MOST SUCCESSFUL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS Directed 2 big launches in Chennai, 1 in Bangalore & 2 Campaigns in Bangalore. Launched codename superstar in Chennai with a sell-out of 400+ units worth INR 250 Cr in 5 days. Received 400+ bookings for Shriram Yuva and we sold out the entire units at Shriram Sai Garden within a short period. Introduced flash sale and implemented 2 flash sales in Bangalore with 100% hit rate, generated ~ INR 200 Cr. and Many more initiatives to ensure targeted business deliveries.
