HAVE CLEARLY  DEFINED  GOALS
In the current role, I have been developing strategic alliances with Banks and financial institutes along with active involvement with sales legal. As also, and managing international sales in Middle East, South East & Far East Asia, United Kingdom & European Markets In previous role at Kanakia Spaces, I handled the residential sales vertical of the group. Achieved over 3 million sq.ft of residential sales as the head of residential sales vertical Head - International sales. Handled the Marketing vertical of the entire group including real estate, hospitality & education media planning & media buying. Also evaluating, appointing and co-ordination with media, creative and advertising agencies and managing the sales & marketing teams (Site & Head office) to achieve their targets and perform to their optimum. Handled Business Development including land search, project viability and feasibility study, market research, land acquisition and consultant management. AS PART OF THE CORE MANAGEMENT TEAM, I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR STRATEGIZING SALES, MARKETING & CRM OF OVER 7 MILLION SQ.FT OF RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL & RETAIL SPACES. MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS I have concluded marketing & sales of over 3.5 million sq. ft and implemented successful market launches of multiple residential & commercial projects and overall marketing activities. I have been responsible for introducing RLS as a brand and achieving sales momentum in the international markets. Another major success has been the handling of new brand identity (from Rajesh builders to Rajesh Lifespaces). Other feats include media buying & media plans for all the launches, implementation of app and evaluating, appointing and co-ordination with media, creative and advertising agencies I built a marketing & sales team of over 50 members from scratch and designed SOP’s, KRA’s, KPI’s for sales & marketing from ground up along with successfully selecting and implementing ERP & CRM Solutions.
