TRENDSETTING  MARKETING  INITIATIVES
With 21 years of marketingexperience including 14 years in real estate, I have led advertising, branding, strategy, corporate communications, public relations, digital, events, exhibitions, web implementation, ATL, planning, negotiation, execution, customer and channel partner loyalty program for the companies. My stint with Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd includes strategizing and marketing the brand KPDL, 24K (luxury segment of KPDL), project level 360 Degree communication and leading the relationships with Joint Venture partners. NOVEL STRATEGIES & PRODUCTS In 2011, we came up with an idea of launching a new luxury segment under the brand “24K by Kolte-Patil” to mark KPDL entry in the segment. In 2014-15, we curated an exclusive KPDL branded program and interactive session with famous singer at BBM convention in US which resulted in an enhanced recall for the KPDL among NRIs. MOST SUCCESSFUL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS The campaign for ~390 Acre Life Republic Township comprising 1000 apartments resulted in sale of 50% flats in launch phase. In 2015, Nest-Fest, a marketing innovation was thoughtfully conceptualized as a Single Developer Expo for the first time in India to showcase 13 projects of KPDL under one roof resulting in a record sales of 1475 apartments. SOME OF MY MARKETING INITIATIVES HAVE BEEN TRENDSETTERS BOTH INTERNALLY AND FOR OUR COMPETITORS. I HAVE BEEN THE PIONEER FOR DOING CHANNEL PARTNERS NURTURING ACTIVITY. The Launch of ORO Avenueat Life Republic, was a 360 Degree Marketing campaign. The “Zabardus" sustenance campaign for Life Republic Township, for the first time offered bundling of Goods+ Services+ Accessories + Tax waivers on each booking and created history by selling 500+ units in a span of 45 days. SOCIAL INITIATIVE In 2019, we distributed branded rain suits to the traffic policemen for their safety from rains, which was well appreciated all across. This is one of the thoughtful campaigns done under CSR of KPDL which was initiated, conceptualized by me that helped to increase the brand value. BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENTS My successful project launches/ campaigns were for IVY Estate –75 acres of gated community living, Life Republic ~ 390 Acres Township , 24K Brand, Nest Fest, ORO Avenue, “ZABARDUS “ sustenance campaign, collaboration with Planet smart City, UK in launching the one of its kind product at Life Republic & augmentation of the Channel Partner Vertical.
