Schindler India has announced the appointment of Arpita Roy Luthra as Vice President – NI Sales, Strategy & Marketing, where she will lead growth initiatives in the company’s New Installation vertical, focusing on enterprise strategy, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable expansion.
With over 20 years of cross-industry experience, Arpita has held senior leadership roles across Everest Industries, Stallion Group Nigeria, Bharti Airtel International (Netherlands) B.V., Crown Paints Kenya Plc, Pidilite Industries, Airtel, SABMiller, and Godfrey Phillips India. Her career spans multi-country operations, high-performance team building, and strategic market expansion across FMCG, real estate, manufacturing, and telecom sectors.
